Achieve Effortless Glam with UHAIR's 13x4 HD Glueless Body Wave Wig
I'm going to be showing you guys this 28-inch body wave wig with 200% density. Yes, 200% density—such a full lace front wig! Major shout-out to UHAIR for sponsoring this video. Let's go ahead and get into the goodies they sent me: a bonnet, lashes, an edge brush, a cap, and everything I'm going to need for the installation.
What I love about UHAIR is that the curly wig comes already done for you. As you can see, it's already curled and even bleached. Those knots are completely yellow; I love that because it's one less step for me. This is also helpful for my girls who find it complicated.
As for the density, I've never gotten a bob wig this thick. It is very, very beautiful.

Install Process:
1, Starting with the Ball Cap:
✦Using an HD wig cap, I apply it with my Erica J Hold Me Down lace glue.
✦I do a thin layer of the glue and then use a hairspray to ensure it provides enough hold.
✦Once the white glue has dried clear, I go in with my makeup (I use Ruby Kisses Cream Foundation in shade 11).
✦After that, I cut off the extra cap with my shears.
2, Trying the Wig On:
✦Try the wig on to see if any excess lace needs to be cut or any extra plucking according to your hairline.
✦I use my Tweezerman tweezers to pluck a bit of hair out.
✦This was a pretty big lace, so I had to cut some of the sides off on the ear tabs as they were not needed.
3, Preparing the Hairline:
✦Use alcohol to clean off any excess oils or makeup from the hairline.
✦Apply the same makeup lightly onto the wig. Be careful not to overdo this to avoid an orange appearance.
4, Applying the Glue:
✦Use the same Erica J Hold Me Down glue and apply it to the perimeter of the wig cap.
✦Do thin but wide layers and smooth them out with a comb, ensuring they dry properly.
✦I did three layers for a good hold.
✦Once the glue dries clear, pull your wig down into the glue, making tap motions with your fingers or using a comb to lay the wig down into the glue.

5, Initial Melt:
✦Immediately after, use the elastic band provided to tie around the wig for the initial melt.
✦Leave it on for 10 minutes, then remove and cut the lace with a straight razor.
6, Styling:
✦I wanted a side part, so I started creating my part.
✦To get the wig completely smooth, use a wax stick, mild hairspray, and a hot comb.
✦Take small sections and flatten them out as you go up the wig to the side that you parted.
✦Ensure the back is done as well to cover your tracks.
7, Edges:
✦Pull out the side part edges, apply melting spray across the hairline, let it dry, and then use the elastic band again for an extra melt.
✦Pluck the edges thoroughly if they are too thick, especially for a deep side part.
✦Cut them with a straight razor, curl them, and use either hairspray or Got2B gel depending on the desired firmness of the edges.
8, Finishing Touches:
✦Clean up the parts with makeup and style the edges the same way on the other side.
✦For the final styling, use a light serum and T3s for light curls or waves. Avoid overdoing it with the product to prevent weighing the hair down.
✦Apply a little more oil for a finished look.

That's pretty much how I get this look. I love the good side part—it eats down so badly! I transformed this wig and layered it a good bit, and it looks nice. The density makes the layers and curls stand out so much more. Sometimes you do have to tweak it and add some face framing to customize it for that salon-quality finish.
Major shout-out to UHAIR Hair. I love everything about this hair. Here's how it looks from the back, retaining a good bit of length even after cutting some layers in the front. I'm very satisfied with this installation. You can't beat pre-plucked, pre-bleached, pre-curled, pre-everything. Love everything about this hair—it is super soft and silky!
